Transfer Service
The STN Company is pleased to provide our customers with transfer and car services.
Arrivals:
You will be met by one of our drivers in the airport arrivals area or station platform with a personalized sign indicating your name and any other specific information you supply us with. The car will bring you to the office (Karavannaya street, 7) where you get the keys. Please let us know if you need the car to wait for your check-in and take you further to the apartment (extra payment 300 RUB)
Please, note:
45 minutes is an average time passengers take to exit with luggage. If a driver waits for a guest longer than for an hour, the transfer rate is increased by 350 rubles
If a guest does not appear within 2 hours or does not use the ordered transfer services for any other reasons, the driver leaves the airport
ailway station and the guest is charged for 100% transfer price+350 rubles.
Departures:
You will be met by our driver at the office on Karavannaya str. 7 at the prearranged time. Please, let us know if you need the transfer from your apartment via office with a stop for check-out (extra payment 300 RUB). On arrival at the airport, he will drop you off in front of the terminal building. If you are leaving Saint-Petersburg by train you will be taken to the relevant station platform by your driver.
