Location: The mini-hotel “B&B Assembly” is located in historical part of St. Petersburg, on the corner of Sadovaya Street and Apraksin Lane, 5 minutes walk from “Sadovaya” and “Sennaya” metro stations.
Services and Facilities: With a fabulous location on Sadovaya Street, mini-hotel “B&B Assembly” occupies the four-room apartment on the second floor of a 6-sorey building (erected in 1903, wide scale remodeling was made in 2001-2002) with an elevator, which has been transformed into a small hotel. Offering homey atmosphere, the hotel comprises a hall, a living room with a kitchen area and 4 cozy rooms with comfy twin beds. One of the rooms (the suite) has en suite bathroom facilities (a bath, a washbasin, a toilet); while the other rooms have shared bathroom facilities (a shower cubicle, a washbasin, a toilet, a bath). The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a gas-stove, a microwave, a coffee maker and an electric teakettle. Every morning breakfast (included in price) is served in the kitchen/living room at any time and tea/coffee and snacks are free during the day. Adorned with eye-capturing original oil paintings by professional artists, the living room is nicely furnished with sofas and armchairs and equipped with a TV set and a stereo system. In case of a group of 10 people the sofa-bed and the loveseat-bed in living room can be converted to the additional sleeping places. A hair drier, a washing machine and an iron are available upon request. Visa support and registration is provided upon request. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not welcome. The minimal tenancy is 2 days; during the period of 15 January — 15 April, the minimal tenancy is 5 days. The entrance to the building is from the street; the double glazing windows are also facing the street. |
