A three-room apartment on Kutuzova embankment has the premier location that the founder of the city Peter the Great would have approved of. Facing the unhurried waters of the mighty Neva river (the double glazed windows in the bedrooms are overlooking the yard, while the double glazed windows in the living room are facing the Neva river), it is an ideal base for enjoyable rambles in historic Saint Petersburg. The closest subway station - Chernyshvskaya is a fifteen – minute walk away. The summer Garden is a 3-minute walk. The delightfully spacious apartment consists of a living room (39 sq m), two bedrooms (13 and 11 sq m respectively), an airy kitchen (20 sq m) and two bathrooms. While the large living room is furnished with two single beds and a foldout sofa, the bedrooms have a double and 2 single beds, so, ideally, eight guests may have a comfortable stay in the apartment. In the living room there's a TV set, a table with chairs, a cupboard, a coffee table. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a kettle, a dining table with chairs, a washing machine. In one of the bathrooms you will find a bath, a washbasin and a toilet, in the second bathroom there's a shower cubicle, a washbasin and a toilet. The entrance to the apartment is from the street; there's a coded building door.
