This one-room apartment with the double glazing windows is situated on the 2nd floor of a 5-storey building standing in the very heart of the city at the western end of Nevsky Prospect – it takes only 3 minutes to get to the Admiralty, which is one of the world’s most magnificent expressions of naval triumphalism.
