This 3-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 5-storey building just a 5-minute walk from Sennaya Ploschad – the area which was the setting for much of “Crime and Punishment” by Dostoevsky and used to be a center for trade and vice in the 19th century. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (14 and 15 sq.m.), a sitting room, a kitchen, WC and a bathroom. The bedrooms are furnished with single beds, a sofa and armchairs. In the sitting room (22 sq.m.) there is a foldout sofa, an armchair and a TV-set with VHS. The kitchen (11 sq.m.) contains a gas cooker, a refrigerator, a microwave oven and a washing machine. In the bathroom there is a bath and a washbasin.
