This apartment is located close to Moskovsky Railway Station (0.5 km) – right on Nevsky prospect on the 5th floor of a 5-storey building with an elevator. Due to perfect location you won’t need a lot of time to get to the main attractions of St. Petersburg.
The apartment is very spacious and consists of a bedroom, a sitting room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. The bedroom is elegantly furnished with a double bed with bedsides tables, an armchair, a wardrobe and a TVset with DVD. In the sitting room there are two fold-out sofas, a bookcase, a TV set and DVD player. In the kitchen there’s a a dining table with chairs and household appliances in mint condition: a fridge, a gas oven, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a microwave oven, a washing machine. In the bathroom there is a bathtub and a washbasin. It goes without saying, that there’s a telephone in the flat and all local calls are free.
The windows are facing the main city street – Nevsky prospect. On opposite side – shopping center “Stockmann” and metro station “Ploschad Vosstaniya” (only a 1 minute walk). Entrance is from the Nevsky prospect, there's intercom on the building door.
