This 2-room apartment is situated on the 4th floor of a 5-storey block just a short walk from Chernyshevskaya metro station – in a quiet, slightly remote city district, where the tourists are drawn mainly by the stunning Smolny Convent (the former Bolsheviks’ principal base) and Tauride Garden and Palace, built by Catherine the Great for her lover, Prince Potemkin. The flat consists of a bedroom (14 sq.m.) with a single bed and a sitting room (17 sq.m.) with a foldout sofa, an armchair and a TV-set. The kitchen (13 sq.m.) is equipped with a gas cooker and a refrigerator. In the bathroom (2,8 sq.m.) there is a bath, a washbasin and a washing machine.
